Movember Bahamas

Many of you many be familiar with the Movember project. For those that aren't familiar with it, the project involves men growing a moustache during the month to raise awareness about men's diseases.

 

This year Rotary Clubs of The Bahamas have partnered with Tribune Radio Network to host a Movember project in The Bahamas. A number of events have been planned to help raise awareness of the project and men's health diseases.

These include the following:

*23rd November - 12 pm - 4 pm - Live remote from Rawson Square with blood testing provided onsite

*25th November - 5 - 7 pm Live Remote from Green Parrot. Blood testing provided onsite

*2nd December - Movember Shaving Party - sponsored by Sands Beer.

Prizes will be given to those being tested both days including tickets to Battle for Atlantis.
The grand prize to be drawn on 2nd December is a trip for two to the Miami Dolphins game
on 11th December.

We have launched a Facebook page - Movember Bahamas - as well as a crowd funding
